Here in Charleston, there are a few unpleasant things that we can all count on: Heat, humidity, and bugs! For this reason, my number one location for family portraits is IN STUDIO!

But I know what you are thinking...Charleston is blessed with so many picturesque locations, who wants to be inside?!?

Session Fee's

Mini Sessions $200

All mini-sessions take place Monday-Friday ONLY.
30-minute photoshoot, *any type of session.
one backdrop, one outfit, and *up to 4 subjects.
Gallery of 15+ images to select from.

Regular Session $300

May be scheduled for any day of the week.
60-90 minute photoshoot, any type of session.
Multiple backdrops, unlimited outfit changes, 1-15 subjects.
Gallery of 30+ images to select from

The Mini Session Package $55

*This is in addition to the session fee.

Includes a $20 print credit and five free High-Resolution digital files with a print release license.

The Small Package $200

*This is in addition to the session fee.

Includes a $50 print credit and ten free High-Resolution digital files with a print release license.

The Medium Package $350

*This is in addition to the session fee.

Includes a $100 print credit and twenty High-Resoultion digital files with a print release license.

The Large Package $500

*This is in addition to the session fee.

Includes a $200 print credit and High-Resolution digital files with a print release license for every image delivered.

Session fees are paid in advance and can be broken into bi-weekly payments by request.

The session fee covers my time to prepare for your session, shoot your imagery, edit your imagery, and oversee the development of the finished product (9-12 hours of work). The session fee also covers any mileage and/or parking fees for local photoshoots, the use of my studio, props, equipment, & wardrobe (if applicable).

Additional fees:

Photoshoots outside of Charleston County, South Carolina, add $25. *Locations further than 50 miles from Charleston incur 2023 USA per Diem rates.
Use of Magnolia Plantation adds $175.
Use of Boone Hall Plantation adds $500.
Use of Charlestown Landing adds $25.
Use of our large commercial studio adds $100.
add on a professional hair & makeup artist to your session for $200 per person.

As a token of my appreciation, I am gifting you watermarked digital proofs for sharing online or in digital picture frames. These images are not sized appropriately for printing, and they do not include a print-release license. All printable images must be purchased.

AlaCarte options: Printable files with a print release can be purchased at $55 for each image. Items from my gift shop are also available for purchase ala carte. If you wish to order a la carte, please make me aware of this before your gallery reveal.

All packages are paid for through my online gallery program during image delivery.

How it works: You will receive an email inviting you to your session's slide show reveal. After the slide show, you will have 24 hours to select and purchase your desired package. Your gallery will be accessible to you and your guests for one year. You can email or text links to your gallery to anyone worldwide. People with links to the gallery will have access to the online gift shop.

Fairy Tale Portraits

What is a fairy tale portrait?

Simply put, a fairy tale portrait is a picture that is artistically created in photoshop. This is better known as a Composite image.

Fairy tale / composite portraits are a form of Fine art. Each portrait is one of a kind and designed for entertainment and whimsy. It is not intended to be an accurate depiction of the people or places shown.

Fairy Tale Portraits are best photographed in the studio where the lighting can be controlled. The subject will pose on a blank background, often called a green screen...however the background is not always green. The plain background makes it faster and easier to isolate the subject in photoshop.

Fairy Tale portraits make great stationary, wall art, and photo gifts. Kids and adults love playing dress-up and make-believe. The squeals of delight coming from kids and parents when they see their finished portrait is what I enjoy the most!
