Charleston Portrait Session's

Session fees are paid in advance and can be broken into bi-weekly payments by request. 

The session fee covers 

• My time to prepare for your session (1hr)
•  Shoot your imagery (1-2hrs)
•  Edit your imagery (2-5 hours)
•  oversee the development of the finished product (1 hour). 

• The session fee also covers any mileage and/or parking fees 
• The use of my studio, props, equipment, & wardrobe (if applicable).  
• The cost of doing business: taxes, licenses, insurance, training, equipment, and software. 

Additional fees:  

• Photoshoots outside of Charleston County, South Carolina, add $25.  *Locations further than 50 miles from Charleston incur 2023 USA per Diem rates. 

Additional fees charged by other vendors: 

• Use of Magnolia Plantation adds $250.
• Use of Boone Hall Plantation adds $500.
• Use of Charlestown Landing adds $25.
• Use of our large commercial studio adds $125.
• Add on a professional hair & makeup artist to your session for $200 per person. 

AlaCarte options: Printable files with a print release can be purchased at $55 for each image. Items from my gift shop are also available for purchase ala carte.  If you wish to order a la carte, please make me aware of this before your gallery reveal.    

*All packages are paid for through my online gallery program during image delivery.*   

How it works: You will receive an email inviting you to your session's slide show reveal.  After the slide show, you will have 24 hours to select and purchase your desired package.   Your gallery will be accessible to you and your guests for one year. You can email or text links to your gallery to anyone worldwide.  People with links to the gallery will also have access to the online gift shop.
